About EthernalTV Plans

EthernalTV offers duration-based entertainment plans. Each plan is available with 1, 2, or 3 simultaneous connections, so you can choose how many devices can stream at the same time. Plan durations, connection options, and prices are shown on our website and may change over time.

Placing an Order

Orders are placed through our website checkout. During checkout, you provide the contact details we need to process your order, such as your name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for providing accurate information so we can contact you about your order.

Optional Customer Accounts

You can place an order without creating an account. An optional account area is available if you choose to use it.

Payment: Manual Payment Confirmation

The current payment method is Manual Payment Confirmation. When you submit an order, it is recorded and reviewed manually rather than charged automatically online. After you place your order, we contact you using the details you provided to confirm payment and complete your setup.

Submitting an order does not automatically complete a purchase. Each order is reviewed manually, and your order is considered confirmed only after we have contacted you and confirmed payment and setup.
